The term 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'YUJ', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature. The aim of Yoga is Self-Realization, to overcome all kinds of sufferings leading to 'the state of liberation'. This is one of the oldest sciences of the world, originated in India, which is very useful for preserving and maintaining one's physical and mental health and also for 'spiritual evolution'.

No! But if you like to bring yours, most welcome as its good for personal hygiene. For those who are going to use studio mats, its mandatory to bring a towel or sheet to cover the mat.
You should keep 4-hours of gap from your last meal. After yoga, 45-60 minutes of gap is ideal.

Please note that reaching early gives you time to sign in, relax and prepare to practice yoga. Occasionally, you may enter a class 10 minutes late that is already in session. If you come late, try to find a spot towards the back of the class. We're happy that you are keen on living healthy.
